Sabrina Greenlee is a nationally celebrated community activist, author, inspirational speaker, and domestic violence survivor who has dedicated her life to facilitating women’s growth and evolution.

Sabrina’s story is filled with cycles of abuse, teen pregnancy, and a violent attempt on her life that ultimately left her blind. Although her life has been “no crystal stair,” Sabrina credits her faith as the fuel that equips her with the confidence and tenacity to inspire others to repair, recreate and restore their purpose and potential.

A nationally recognized inspirational speaker who has appeared on ESPN's Cover Story alongside her son DeAndre Hopkins, USA Today, and Emmy award-winning— Living in Fear: Chronicles I and II— to mention a few, but also praised for her impact on women and survivors globally. She was a keynote at Bank of America's 2020 virtual DV panel discussion with Lisa Nichols, emceed the Women's March encouraging over 10,000 Houstonians, and interviewed on ABC News with Katie Ray-Jones, the CEO of the National Domestic Violence Hotline. 

Among the distinguished honors and accolades awarded to Sabrina for her committed work are the 2020 Houston Humanitarian Awards, 2021 Iconic Woman Award from Fresh Spirit Wellness, and 2022 Honoree for the Essence of a Master Piece event, celebrating women making power moves. 

Sabrina's remarkable story of resilience will be captured through the memoir Grant Me Vision published by HarperCollins.

The South Carolina native, mother of four, and grandmother, aka Gigi, is the President and Founder of S.M.O.O.O.T.H., Inc.— Speaking Mentally, Outwardly Opening Opportunities Toward Healing. Through her non-profit, Sabrina and her team aim to educate and empower as many women and children as possible through mentorship, like-skills, and transformational programs. 

Sabrina's profound journey in becoming a certified life coach is committed to providing better and more adequate services for those in need. Her passion for community has been the catalyst for the many domestic violence awareness initiatives facilitated by S.M.O.O.O.T.H., Inc.— such as Pretty Scars Into Stars, 100 Shades of Purple, S.M.O.O.O.T.H. Santa, and the S.M.O.O.O.T.H. Transition Program.
