ABOUT SABRINA GREENLEE
Sabrina Greenlee is a well-respected community leader, and SURVIVOR, who has dedicated her life to help facilitate the growth and evolution of women. From Victim to Victor, Sabrina uses her voice, her wisdom and her own experiences to inspire others to heal and transcend from the hurt and shame of domestic violence and abuse. Her extraordinary story, filled with unimaginable tragedies, is the inspiration behind her mission to empower with a transparency that allows others to know that it is possible to do the same. Cycles of abuse, generational curses, teen pregnancy, deaths of two brothers and a fiancé, all followed by an attempted murder upon her life that ultimately left her blind; are among many trials that have shaped her remarkable journey. Sabrina is a living testament to the value in life’s storms and the power of prayer and belief that one can overcome any obstacle placed in their path. Her blinded faith has given her the confidence and tenacity to inspire others to repair, recreate and restore their lives to one full of purpose and infinite potential.
The South Carolina native is the creator and founder of S.M.O.O.O.T.H., Inc. [Speaking Mentally, Outwardly Opening Opportunities Toward Healing]. She aims to educate and empower as many women and children as possible through mentorship, counseling and outreach initiatives. Sabrina’s passion for her community and helping others has been a catalyst for many domestic violence awareness programs and projects. The mother of four and grandmother of five created and facilitated events such as Pretty Scars Into Stars, Women Empowerment Conference, Gala/Silent Auction and the upcoming S.M.O.O.O.T.H. Transition initiative. Sabrina has survived to tell her story, finding hope in hopeless situations, and vows to share her testimony to heal as many people as possible.
